Why ONE PRAYER exists
Hard seasons can be lonely. Many people carry worries, grief and hopes they have never said out loud, and some have no one to pray with. ONE PRAYER exists so that anyone, anywhere, can ask for prayer and know that real people are praying with them.
“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2 (WEB)
What you can do here
- Share a prayer request — publicly on the prayer forum, or privately so only our prayer team sees it. You can post anonymously.
- Pray for others — tap “I Prayed” or write a short prayer in reply.
- Pray together live — join the live prayer room, or pray along with our sessions on YouTube.
- Grow in faith — read free devotionals, Bible reading plans, Scripture explanations and guided prayers.
All of this is free, and it always will be. We offer one optional paid resource, 10 Days of Hope, but buying it never changes how anyone's prayers are handled.
What we believe
ONE PRAYER is a Christian community. We believe God hears prayer, that Jesus Christ invites the weary to come to him, and that believers are called to carry one another's burdens. People from many churches and traditions pray here, and everyone is welcome to ask for prayer — whatever they believe.
Keeping the community safe
Public requests are reviewed by moderators before they appear. Private requests are seen only by the person who shared them, assigned prayer volunteers and moderators. We never sell personal data, and we never use prayer or health information to target advertising. Read our community guidelines and privacy policy to learn more.
Prayer and medical care
We believe in a God who heals. Our prayer team will pray for your healing in faith. Please keep following the guidance of your doctors and care team; prayer walks alongside medical care, never in place of it.
If you're in crisis
If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right now. ONE PRAYER is a prayer community and cannot provide emergency, medical or mental-health services.
