The prayer community is free
Sharing prayer requests, praying for others, the live prayer room, devotionals and Bible resources are all free. There is nothing to pay for, so there is nothing to refund.
10 Days of Hope
10 Days of Hope is an optional digital product ($7, one-time payment, no subscription). It is sold and delivered through Gumroad, which processes the payment and issues any refund. We never see or store your card details.
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Through Gumroad — use the link in your Gumroad receipt email, or contact Gumroad support from your Gumroad library.
- Through us — send us a message with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your Gumroad receipt or order number. Please don't send card details. We'll arrange the refund through Gumroad.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Gumroad. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Donations and support
ONE PRAYER does not accept donations or support payments at this time, so there are no such payments to refund. If anyone has asked you for money in ONE PRAYER's name, please let us know.
Church giving
Links to church donation pages in our church directory go to each church's own website. We don't receive or handle those gifts; please contact the church directly about them.
